70 Mountains for 70 Years

To celebrate Christian Aid's 70th anniversary next year, the Scottish branch of the organisation has launched the '70 Munros challenge'.

Teams of walkers will climb 70 Munros (Scottish mountains of more than 3000 feet) during a series of events during 2015. The first is on Saturday February 14 and will tackle Ben Lawers and Beinn Ghlas, in the southern Highlands.

The aim is to raise £70,000 with the challenge.
