West End Stars Speechless in Scotland

Monday May 25

West End stars will be performing and sharing stories of faith in a series of concerts for Tearfund across Scotland next month.

‘Speechless’ features performers from musicals including Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Barnum. Concerts take place in churches in Lenzie, Edinburgh and Dundee.

The focus for the evening is No Child Taken, Tearfund’s anti-human trafficking campaign. Between songs from well-known musicals, stories will be told of how the charity’s partners across the world are working against trafficking.

The singers are part of West End Has Faith, a group of Christian performers who put on concerts for charity and to share their faith.

Dates are:

  • Thursday June 18: Lenzie Union Parish Church
  • Friday June 19: St Paul’s and St George’s, Edinburgh
  • Saturday June 20: The Steeple Church, Dundee

Each concert starts at 7pm and tickets are £6. The show is not suitable for children under 11. Details and booking here.
