New Bible App Features Suchet Recording

A new NIV Bible app featuring the full text read by David Suchet has been released.

The app for iPhone and iPad includes simple navigation to help locate passages at speed, and remembers the user’s most visited places.

It also has the facility to make notes on the text, bookmark favourite passages and share notes and verses via text, email or social media.

The full version, costing £19.99, includes the audio files read by the Poirot actor, which were released last year: the first full-length version of the NIV Bible spoken by a single British actor.

For people who already have the recordings on their device, a basic version of the app which will ‘pull in’ the existing audio files is available for £2.99

The app is available through iTunes.
