Celtic Worship Concerts in Aid of Tearfund

Monday April 8 2019

Four concerts with some of Scotland’s leading Christian folk musicians are to take place in aid of Tearfund this month.

The Celtic Worship concerts, which follow successful events last autumn, will visit churches in Dunfermline, Drymen, Edinburgh and Dumfries.

Led by singer-songwriter Steph Macleod, Celtic Worship features Mhairi Marwick, Scott Wood, Chris Amer, Naomi Stirrat, Gus Stirrat, Neil Paton and Ifedade Thomas. They first performed in 2017 and their debut album Homeward was released last month.

During the evening Steph will also talk about the work of Tearfund he witnessed first-hand in Uganda.

Tickets are available from the venues for £6, or you can book online. The Sunday April 21 concert in Dunfermline is free, but donations are welcome.

Concerts start at 7.30pm. For full details and to book, visit the Tearfund website.

Sunday April 21  Viewfield Baptist Church, Dunfermline
