Interfaith Organ Donation Webinar

Tuesday November 10 2020

The policy officer of Church of Scotland SRT (Society, Religion and Technology) will take part in a multifaith webinar discussing faith and organ donation tomorrow night (Wednesday).

Part of Scottish Interfaith Week, and hosted by Kidney Research UK, the event will discuss what the major faiths say about organ donation, and discuss the impact of the new Scottish Organ and Tissue law coming into effect next year.

Dr Murdo MacDonald of the SRT will be joined by representatives of the Jewish, Hindu, Sikh and Muslim faiths as well as speakers from Kidney Research and medical experts.

The event will take place through Zoom and there is no need to register. For further details and the link, click here.
