Improve Fitness To Support CrossReach

THE Church of Scotland’s social care council, CrossReach, is again encouraging supporters to improve fitness  to fundraise.

Participants are asked to take part in a four-week push-up challenge, doing an extra push-up every day not only to fundraise but to improve fitness and well-being.

By the end of the 28-day challenge, more than 500 push-ups will have been completed – and CrossReach asks those taking part to be part of a fundraising challenge to boost funds to support vital care services.

The initiative was supported last year by Scotland rugby international Tim Visser.
