Improve Fitness To Support CrossReach

                                                                                                                                           August 11 2021

THE Church of Scotland’s social care council, CrossReach, is again encouraging supporters to improve fitness  to fundraise.

Participants are asked to take part in a four-week push-up challenge, doing an extra push-up every day not only to fundraise but to improve fitness and well-being.

By the end of the 28-day challenge, more than 500 push-ups will have been completed – and CrossReach asks those taking part to be part of a fundraising challenge to boost funds to support vital care services.

The initiative was supported last year by Scotland rugby international Tim Visser.
