The Autumn sale in aid of Christian Aid returns to St Andrew’s and St George’s West Church in Edinburgh next month.
The sale will take place from Thursday to Saturday, October 14-16, at 10am-3pm each day.There will also be a coffee morning in the Undercroft Café on the Saturday from 10am-12 noon.
The annual Christian Aid Week sale has been held at the George Street church each May for more than 40 years and raised over a million pounds in the last decade alone, although last year’s sale was cancelled and this year’s was smaller due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The October sale is a more recent innovation, focusing on art and Scottish books, along with maps and other ephemera. For more information, contact the sale convener Mary Davidson on 07714 186 754.
