Trinity College at the University of Glasgow is offering two short online courses in the spring, exploring the role of creative arts in Christian worship and spirituality.
‘Creative Writing as Spiritual Reflection’ will help students develop creative writing as a means of reflection upon personal, spiritual and contemporary cultural experience; while ‘Contemporary Visual Art and Christian Worship’ will take practical, creative and theological approaches to help stimulate churches to develop their worship in new ways.
Beginning in February 2022 and lasting eight or nine weeks, both courses include one two-hour online session per week. They are taught by experienced practitioners and practical theologians. More information is available at www.trinitycollegeglasgow.co.uk
The courses cost £207 each and can be applied for by contacting Eleanor Hayes at trinitycollegeglasgow@gmail.com. Applications close on January 11.
