Eco-Congregation Scotland is marking its 21st anniversary this weekend by returning to where it all began.
The organisation will hold its annual gathering and annual general meeting on Saturday (April 30) in Dunblane, where ecumenical leaders first met in 2001 to begin the organisation.
The theme for the day, reflecting on reaching 21 years – the traditional age for the “key to the door” – will be “Caring for Creation: Unlocking the Future“. It will take place as a hybrid event with both in-person and online attendance available.
The main in-person venue will be Dunblane St Blane’s Church of Scotland, with afternoon workshops at Dunblane Cathedral Halls. Many venue events will be open to all, while workshops will be either physical or online.
