St Columba’s Church, London welcomed five new members during worship on Sunday. Flanked by the Revs William McLaren and Angus MacLeod are from left: Arthur, Carlos, Ruraidh, Hannah and Patterson.

It was a day of mixed emotions at Priestfield Church in Edinburgh on Sunday June 9, as the congregation said goodbye to their minister but welcomed five new members.
The church is moving towards a union with Craigmillar Park and Mayfield Salisbury Churches, which is due to be approved by the Presbytery of Edinburgh and West Lothian next week and the minister, the Rev Donald Scott, is retiring at the end of the month. The farewell service included three baptisms and five professions of faith.
Mr Scott is pictured with the five new members.

Three new elders have been ordained at Beath and Cowdenbeath North Church. Gail Stenhouse, Anona Reid and Callum Paterson are pictured with church minister, the Rev Deborah Dobby.
