Kiltwalk Volunteers Sought by Christian Aid

                                                                                                                                  Tuesday July 30 2024

A RENEWED appeal for sponsored walkers to take part in the remaining two charity Kiltwalks due to take place this year has been made by Christian Aid Scotland.

Kiltwalkers last year raised over £24,000 for the charity but Christian Aid Scotland says there is still time to sign up for walks in Dundee (on August 11) or in Edinburgh on September 15.

Walkers have a choice of distance, from a shorter amble to a 21-mile stretch in Edinburgh.

Encouraging people to sign up, the charity says: “Love never gives up, and neither will we. We'll keep walking and praying for a world where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.”

Information about Christian Aid’s participation in the walks is available here  and congregations or individuals can sign up here
