Trinity College at the University of Glasgow has announced a programme of short courses to take place this autumn.
The four mostly online courses, running between September and November, are designed for church leaders and members to take in their spare time.
History and Theology of Worship (Mondays, 6.30-8.30pm, online), will introduce students to the history and theology of Christian worship.
Contemporary Visual Art and Worship (Thursdays, 7-9pm, online) will explore and develop the role of contemporary art in Christian worship.
Preaching in Church Contexts (Wednesdays, 4-6pm, in person with an online option) will help preachers develop through reflection on why and how we preach.
Creative Writing as Spiritual Reflection (Mondays, 7-9pm, online) will enable and support the use of creative writing as a means of theological reflection upon personal, spiritual and contemporary experience.
Each course costs £207, although there is a subsidy available for people from Priority Areas.
