Short Course on Church Change

Wednesday March 12 2025

Trinity College at Glasgow University is holding a short course in Leading in Church Change from May.

The online course is aimed at helping ministers and recognised church leaders of all denominations to navigate the challenges of church reforms. It will help church leaders to identify and interpret critical challenges, to evaluate the tools used in organisational change, and to situate church change in a theological perspective.

The course is led by practical theologian the Rev Dr Mark Johnston, and church organisational change consultant Andy Brookes. It is accredited at Masters level by the University of Glasgow, and available to anyone with an undergraduate degree.

It consists of eight online classes in May and June, and two written pieces of assessment. The fee is £499 for UK church leaders and £799 for people from overseas.
