On Thursday March 31 the Presbytery of  Dunfermline recognised a faithful servant.

Anne Stuart, of Aberdour, was commissioned as deaconess 50 years ago.

She was presented with cake and flowers and the Rev Peter Gerbrandy-Baird, minister at Aberdour: St Fillan's paid tribute to her and her work over half a century.

Anne is pictured with Lorraine Fraser, Secretary to the Presbytery.
