An elder at Granton on Spey and Dulnain Bridge has been presented with a long service certificate marking 50 years’ service.

Gordon Ritchie was ordained in Penicuik in 1972, and has served in various churches since. He was session clerk of Dulnain Bridge from 2013-17, and continues to serve as an elder in the Granton on Spey and Dulnain Bridge united congregation.

Gordon was presented with his certificate by worship leader Christine Clasper. They are pictured with (from left) Ann Campbell, Jean Shearer and Merle Allan.

Aberdour Players and Friends performed the play Everyman in St Fillan’s Church, as part of the church’s 900th anniversary celebrations.
