Big Quiz Night

Tuesday September 26 2023

Hundreds of churches across the UK are expected to take part in this year’s Tearfund Big Quiz Night, on October 7.

The Quiz Night has been a successful fundraiser for the Christian development charity since 2018. Last year, over 13,000 people took part, raising nearly £60,000.

Churches and other groups which sign up to host a quiz are provided with ready-made resources and everything they need to hold the evening.

The pack includes questions suitable for all ages and teams, large or small, as well as social media assets and videos to engage quizzers. A full quiz film including six of the rounds will be available as a whole to play from start to finish (and can be paused when needed). The film will include a fundraising video for you to play at half-time. A powerpoint of all the questions will also be available, with the option of mixing and matching your running order.

The quiz is designed to be held in person, but there will also be a stream on Justgiving for those who would rather hold it online.
