Short Course in Church Change

Wednesday March 13 2024

Trinity College at the University of Glasgow is running an online course in leading church change this summer.

The course is accredited at Master’s level by the University and open to ordained/recognised church leaders in any UK church. It will help the church leaders identify their key challenges and evaluate some of the tools available to them, and offer a theological perspective on church change.

The course runs from April to June, with eight online sessions, and two written pieces of assessment. It will be led by the Rev Dr Mark Johnson, a lecturer at the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at the university, and Andy Brookes, an independent organisational consultant who has helped churches and non-profit organisations through major change.

It is available to people with an undergraduate degree or other recognised prior learning. The closing date for applications is this Friday (March 15). For more information visit https://www.trinitycollegeglasgow.co.uk/leading-in-church-change
