The Church of Scotland's Church and Society Council is to hold a discussion on the issue of human trafficking at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Members of the Council are teaming up with the author and cast members of the play 'Broken Dolls' – which explores the realities of human trafficking – for a talk-back session tomorrow (August 21).
The play recounts the story of Narcisa, a young Moldovan girl, tricked and sold into the sex industry when a seemingly innocent interview turns into her worst nightmare.
Broken Dolls is staged at C Cubed (Fringe venue 16) in the Lawnmarket at 6.30pm, and the discussion follows tomorrow's performance. Tickets and more information here.
