Glasgow Service to Mark Launch of CrossReach Week

A SPECIAL service will mark the beginning of a week to raise awareness about the work of CrossReach, the social care arm of the Church of Scotland.

Sunday November 2 has been designated CrossReach and Social Care Sunday. The service, which will be webcast online here from 4pm, will take place at Glasgow: St George’s Tron.

It will mark the beginning of a week of raising awareness of the range of work of the Church of Scotland’s Social Care Council with some of the most vulnerable people within local communities.

The Moderator, the Rt Rev John Chalmers is supporting the week and will visit a number of CrossReach’s projects and services to boost awareness of the work of the church’s social care arm.

Additional worship resources will also be available here.
