People Feel 'Safe' With CrossReach

                                                                                                                                                           Tuesday April 14, 2015

MORE than 99 per cent of people who took part in a survey about the CrossReach care they use have said they ‘feel safe’ with the service.

Nearly two-thirds of respondents (65.14 per cent) 'strongly agreed',  whilst a further 34.3 per cent 'agreed' that they felt safe with the services of CrossReach.

Over 70 per cent of users of services provided by CrossReach took part in the 2014 Service Users’ Survey and the full results are published here. CrossReach operates a range of services caring for the elderly, for children and families, for those with learning disabilities and to help those suffering from substance abuse.

More than 96 per cent of participants either ‘agreed’ or ‘strongly agreed’ that their quality of life was better as a result of using the service.

Overall over 98 per cent agreed or strongly agreed that they were satisfied with the service they received.

Welcoming the findings, Claire Hay (Head of Service – Quality Compliance and Improvement) with CrossReach said: "Once again CrossReach is proud of the results of our annual Service User Survey.  71.13% of our Service users chose to participate in the survey."
