Come and Sit in a MAF Plane

A fun day in aid of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) next month will offer the chance to sit in the cockpit of one of the organisation's aircraft.

The event, at Kilsyth in North Lanarkshire, will be visited by the MAF display plane (above) and trailer, explaining more about their work. There will also be more usual fun day attractions including bouncy castle and stalls.

It takes place at Kilsyth Church of God on Saturday May 16, 10am-2pm.

MAF flies aid and mission projects to remote areas around the world which are hard to reach by land, in Africa, South and Central America and South Asia. For more information visit their website.
