One-hour Pilgrimage in Edinburgh

Three churches in Edinburgh have released a booklet helping visitors to turn city-centre visitors into pilgrims.

The 'Pilgrim for an hour' leaflet describes a route taking in the churches of St Cuthbert's, St Andrew's and St George's West, and St John's Episcopal Church.

Along the way, attention is drawn to other notable buildings and features such as war memorials and statues; and the pilgrim is invited to reflect on themes drawn from the famous passage from chapter 3 of Ecclesiastes ("A time to be born and a time to die...").

The leaflet is available at each of the churches for a suggested donation of £2.
